Stuffed Jalapenos
Let’s get it poppin’…
Brown Italian sausage in skillet. Drain the sausage and set to the side.
Preheat oven to 400F
Slice jalapenos vertically and clean out seeds.
Mix ricotta cheese, Italian sausage, salt and pepper until thoroughly mixed.
Use a spoon to stuff jalapenos.
Top with Mozzarella and parmesan cheese mixture
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15mins.
