Let’s get saucy!

Throw your wings into a big ass mixing bowl. Add olive oil and mix up until wings are well lubed. Add dry ingredients (except the flour), stir, toss, or whatever you have to do to make sure your meat is coated evenly with your dry seasonings. Add your hot sauce and give it another good mix up! NOWWWW you can add the flour and you guessed it, mix it up again. If you can let them marinate for a least an hour, the flour will absorb the fat and will give your wings that nice crunch! Thanks to my friend Micheala for that tip! Also below is the link to get your hands on some of this locally made hot pepper sauce Amplify!

Hey Grill hey!

Preheat your grill to 425

Without overcrowding, place the wings on the clean and ready grill grates. Cook the wings for about 20-25 minutes, turning them every 5 minutes. Be sure to check internal temperatures. NOTE: Wings are actually best cooked to 175 degrees F, instead of the usually recommended 165 degrees F for chicken. The higher temperature breaks down some of the tight connective tissues in wings and makes them fall-off-the-bone tender. Remove the wings and place them on the baking sheet to rest.
